Terang AI in 2025: A Year of Real Impact
A look back at 2025: free AI learning for 374+ students in the frontier regions of Indonesia, a 100% scholarship passing rate, an international award, and our first enterprise partnerships.
2025 was the year Terang AI went from an idea to real, measured impact. Here is a short look back. The full numbers are in our 2025 Impact Report.
Free learning for frontier regions
We partnered with civil society organizations to bring free AI-powered exam preparation and interview simulation to more than 374 scholarship aspirants from the 3T regions of Indonesia, the frontier, outermost, and least-developed areas. Together these programs delivered over Rp 68 million in free educational services.
Outcomes that matter
The goal was never activity, it was outcomes. Across our cohorts with Mata Garuda Papua, Mata Garuda Maluku Utara, Beasiswa Timur x PPI Wageningen, and Berburu Beasiswa ala Fan, intensive groups reached a 100 percent TBS passing rate and produced seven LPDP scholarship awardees, with exam completion rates as high as 88 percent.
Going enterprise, and getting recognized
We also signed our first enterprise partners, including building the learning and certification platform for the Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia. And the work was recognized internationally: Terang AI won the Excellence Award at the BRICS Industrial Innovation Contest 2025.
What is next
