The problem
Running an academic conference means juggling submissions, reviewers, decisions, schedules, and proceedings, usually across email and spreadsheets. It is slow, error-prone, and hard to scale, and it pulls organizers away from the actual research.
What we built
One platform where authors submit a paper in about two minutes, organizers manage reviewers and customizable review forms, and the system handles notifications, scheduling, payments, and proceedings. It has supported more than 500 submissions and over 1000 authors across universities in several countries.
Why it matters
It takes the busywork out of running conferences so organizers can focus on the science. The platform is also a registered copyright that contributed to the University of Indonesia intellectual property portfolio, one of my earliest deep dives into building real software for real users.
